Okay, welcome to the Canary in the Cage podcast. I'm Ron Morgan, my co-host Dave Havlicek.

0:17

We're here to entertain you, educate you, and maybe even make you laugh.

0:20

Sounds like a problem.

0:21

So where the hell are we, Dave?

0:23

Yeah, I didn't really pay much attention to this week.

0:25

So let's talk about women in space.

0:27

All on you.

0:28

Not the porn where the women live in the space capsule and the cable guy goes up to fix their

0:32

cable, not that women in space.

0:34

I don't know any other women in space.

0:36

So both Bezos sent some women up into space.

0:39

Okay.

0:40

And or so they say.

0:42

Okay.

0:43

So I don't know if, well, so the women, the one woman, I forgot her damn name, I don't really care.

0:50

She's like, no, we were doing research up there.

0:53

Now that may be true.

0:54

So that may be true because I think they're trying to fake another space.

0:58

Oh, okay.

0:59

So they don't want to know if we're so stupid enough to believe they're sending shit into space.

1:03

What now?

1:03

Do they have like dirty dishes up there or?

1:06

No, they're only supposed to be in space for 11 second.

1:12

No, 11 minutes.

1:13

11 minutes.

1:14

Okay.

1:14

Yeah, it's, but it's really weird because their hair doesn't, it's, they faked it.

1:18

I mean, there's.

1:19

I don't know why your hair would get messed up.

1:21

Because you have no gravity.

1:22

So long hair would go up.

1:25

I mean, if it's all ponytailed, I mean.

1:28

See, this way you got to keep these in order.

1:32

So here's the video.

1:33

I went to the end.

1:34

They had the stage.

1:35

So this thing just landed.

1:36

The media shows you all over the news that they're waiting for the guy.

1:40

Now they're inside the capsule.

1:41

Okay.

1:43

Oh, damn it.

1:44

Are you going to pressurize this?

1:45

Are you open?

1:45

I think we missed the part that you were in.

1:48

No, there's this.

1:49

Once again, watch them open the pressurized caps.

1:52

So they're a pressurized caps.

1:53

They open the door.

1:54

Yeah.

1:54

They're told to shut it.

1:55

It's not Q time yet.

1:58

Well, okay.

1:58

And then you have the stage.

2:01

So all this shit, like they could have been filming a promotional video.

2:05

No, no, no.

2:06

This is legit.

2:06

No, no, I'm saying like they filmed a promotional video

2:10

and then like went into space, whether you believe that or not.

2:12

And then just like showed the video.

2:14

No, this was like supposed to be happening live.

2:16

Like Katy Perry was on here.

2:18

Bezo's girlfriend was in there.

2:20

I believe what's Oprah's Lesbian's lover name?

2:23

I don't fucking know.

2:23

I think she was in there.

2:24

You're the pop culture one.

2:26

Yeah, okay.

2:27

You're the one with all the Taylor Swift albums right back there.

2:32

Oh, yeah.

2:32

Tay Tay.

2:35

No, so.

2:36

Why would you lie?

2:37

I mean, I understand why would you lie?

2:38

Like it's.

2:39

What did they fake the bone landing for?

2:41

They didn't.

2:43

They had a bone landing.

2:43

We're getting day where it needs to be.

2:46

No, so I don't believe they went into space.

2:49

Yeah.

2:49

And it's.

2:49

We'd go to space all the time.

2:51

Well, look how clean that thing is.

2:53

Yeah.

2:54

Wouldn't it if it came through the ozone layer?

2:56

I don't know.

2:56

It would be like burned and dirty.

2:58

I don't know how this should like.

2:59

But the thing is it's all women.

3:00

They made a big deal about it being all women.

3:02

Yeah.

3:03

Did you see a steering wheel in there?

3:05

Well, maybe they.

3:05

You see a joystick in there?

3:07

They crashed the original one and they had it refilled.

3:09

Yeah.

3:10

No, there was no women controlling it.

3:12

He didn't control that thing.

3:13

Yeah.

3:13

That is a capillary.

3:14

Okay, but they wise it all.

3:15

So you think a woman made this pod?

3:17

A woman steered this pod?

3:19

It's all about it.

3:20

Uh, it's good for mankind.

3:22

And one of the girls on there is like,

3:24

well, it's person kind.

3:27

Oh, Jesus.

3:28

Why is it all women?

3:29

Where's the fucking trans woman at?

3:31

If they want to fucking present women.

3:33

No, wait, did you check?

3:33

Yeah, guys, I.

3:34

There was no trans woman on there.

3:35

How do you know?

3:36

Well, I mean, Katy Perry does look like a man a little bit.

3:39

Sorry, Katy Perry.

3:40

I had to throw the right name I can think of.

3:41

Like she listens.

3:42

Like she's gonna make.

3:43

Oh, I'm so excited.

3:45

Hey, I'm looking at our stats here and we just lost like a

3:49

two listeners.

3:50

So.

3:50

So we have no listeners now?

3:52

Mm-hmm.

3:53

No, it's like they're they're they're obsessing on this woman thing.

3:56

And I'm just like, why?

3:58

What's the big fucking deal?

4:00

But you know what, man?

4:00

We're staring at it from the ground.

4:02

Glass ceiling.

4:02

That's why you know, you know, this guy's like,

4:04

he's like, women, I got you.

4:05

We got you.

4:06

And they're like, oh, it's all a woman trip.

4:08

They brought up like the old toys with them.

4:10

They put, they put little toys.

4:12

We said to find that real quick.

4:13

Because they don't click show that.

4:16

God damn it.

4:16

I'll get that out.

4:18

Idiot.

4:19

Oh, come on.

4:19

You're the mouse.

4:20

I'm working on this shit.

4:22

So.

4:22

This is the same.

4:23

In this place.

4:24

I'm just bored.

4:26

Oh, come on.

4:26

Maybe this is not the right video for this.

4:28

In the actual, because there's no video of them taking off.

4:31

There's only video of them up in up in the pod when it looks like

4:35

they're in outer space.

4:36

I don't know.

4:37

I mean, who gives a shit?

4:38

Like.

4:39

Well, it's just it's a big deal in public culture.

4:41

Let them have their little, you know, ceremony.

4:44

There's no, I guess this one.

4:45

I was always told I wanted this video because the door opened up.

4:48

Yeah.

4:49

I didn't see that part.

4:50

I didn't know like what the fuck is this because I didn't follow.

4:52

Yeah.

4:53

Once we lost our ex account, I've been out of the news.

4:56

It's just Jeff Bezos is jealous of Elon Musk.

5:00

And he's, well, no, I mean, Elon Musk actually did something

5:03

and sent people to space.

5:04

Did he send women to space?

5:06

Well, he rescued a woman.

5:07

Yeah.

5:08

So isn't that better?

5:10

Well, why was she stuck in space?

5:12

Because our government doesn't know how to fucking build a rocket ship.

5:16

So yeah, no, it was just annoying because it's all a woman.

5:20

I think it's all a woman.

5:21

What the fuck is driving?

5:24

Show that show that woman with the where she's at a NASA with the fucking

5:28

joysticks and the shed or steering wheel.

5:31

No, it's all fake.

5:32

What the fuck?

5:33

No, it got called fake like within like a couple hours.

5:36

The opening of the door was the biggest issue because apparently you can't open

5:40

the door from the inside under pressure.

5:42

I mean, I don't know.

5:43

You can't open the door from the inside under pressure as cabinet.

5:46

Cabin.

5:48

I don't see why that would be the case.

5:50

But well, because you don't want the door open in space if they were actually in space.

5:54

Sure.

5:55

But they do spacewalks.

5:56

They might have opened the door at the wrong time.

5:58

I don't know.

5:59

I don't know.

6:00

I mean, when they be getting ready the whole time because only 11 minutes.

6:03

And their training was like a day and they're calling themselves astronauts.

6:07

You ever seen a woman get ready for something in 11 minutes?

6:09

That was, yeah.

6:10

Well, they had they brought toys up and they brought a flower up.

6:14

They're like, well, we were doing research and they wanted to know if a plant could survive in

6:18

outer space.

6:18

Oh, did they throw it out the airlock?

6:20

No, they left it in the compact.

6:22

Then of course it would survive.

6:23

They're there.

6:23

Because they were breathing.

6:24

They didn't have any mask on and they thought a plant would die up in space because of

6:32

pressure, the solar flails, flares.

6:34

I don't know.

6:35

Oh my god.

6:35

No, it got called bullshit pretty quick.

6:37

They haven't admitted it.

6:38

But the women are like, I don't know why people are questioning us.

6:41

And we it was not an up and down ride.

6:44

We went to space.

6:45

We're astronauts.

6:46

Yeah.

6:46

And everyone's like, uh, no, the definition of astronaut.

6:50

There actually is a definition of an astronaut.

6:52

You have to do something meaningful in space.

6:55

What?

6:56

So all the guys who went up on the moon landing.

6:57

Who decided this?

6:58

It was NASA.

6:59

I don't know the government.

7:00

We they know the government says it.

7:02

So therefore Ron believes it.

7:04

Okay.

7:04

Well, no, it's it's it's got you.

7:06

It's don't call yourself an astronaut if you were if you actually went to space for 11 minutes.

7:11

That's not much of an astronaut because even when there was Chuck Eager and astronaut.

7:15

No.

7:15

Well, yeah.

7:15

Did he know?

7:16

Did he ever go to space?

7:17

I don't know if he ever went to space.

7:19

Did anybody go to space?

7:21

Is space real?

7:22

Must be real.

7:23

Is the moon real?

7:24

Of course it's real.

7:24

How do you know it's real?

7:25

I can see it.

7:26

So it could be a light bulb.

7:27

Yeah, but it's real.

7:28

So it's a real light bulb.

7:29

Whatever it is, it's real.

7:30

Okay.

7:32

But can you land a walk around on a light bulb?

7:34

Yes, you can.

7:36

You got some strong ass light bulbs, man.

7:39

Whoa.

7:40

So all right.

7:43

Is that all I want to make for the women for?

7:47

All right.

7:48

So Joe Biden came back.

7:49

He should miss them.

7:51

Did you see that?

7:52

I heard it, but I didn't go watching it.

7:54

Like again, I once once I'm done with the social media, I'm done.

7:57

I don't give a fuck.

7:58

You're now the news guy.

8:00

This is all you.

8:01

Okay.

8:01

So it's very, it's very possible that Biden.

8:06

Don't click that.

8:07

Biden might have said this smartest thing he's ever said before.

8:10

It was 50 years.

8:12

It's held turned four years old anyway.

8:15

But back in those 50 years, it's held turned four years old anyway.

8:22

I don't know if that was a wet fart, a dry fart, but he did fart.

8:26

Was that actually in the audio or did somebody just mean it?

8:28

No, no, it's all over that.

8:29

Biden farted loudly.

8:32

But then he made some speech about when he lived in Scranton, you know, Scranton Joe.

8:37

Scranton, P.M.

8:37

And he was in fourth grade and he was shocked to see colored kids on the bus.

8:43

Now I get it.

8:44

You're in the fifties back then.

8:46

And you're in the twenties now.

8:49

Maybe colored people's not the right fucking word.

8:53

Would you keep changing the word?

8:54

Like what do you say?

8:55

Yeah, I mean, I get the whole black African American.

8:59

Well, we can't call them the N word.

9:00

So you got to call them colored people.

9:02

Well, we can't call them colored people.

9:03

So you got to call them African American.

9:04

Well, we can't say African American.

9:06

You got to say black bodies.

9:08

You got to know we're going to change that.

9:09

I mean, what is that?

9:11

But color.

9:11

Pick a fucking word.

9:12

I get it.

9:12

I understand that.

9:13

But colored people, that's just not a word.

9:16

Why?

9:16

What color?

9:18

Colored.

9:19

Like, okay.

9:20

So there were Mexicans on that bus?

9:21

Well, so they have melanin, which colors their skin.

9:24

No, no, but what color?

9:25

And we don't.

9:26

Right.

9:26

There's black, there's brown, there's yellow.

9:28

All there's red.

9:30

And so there's all those, all the colors of the rainbow on the bus.

9:34

I kept waiting because you know, Joe Biden fucks up.

9:36

I kept waiting for him to break out in the song.

9:38

The wheels on the bus go.

9:40

No, the color kids on the bus go round and round, round and round.

9:43

But on the back.

9:43

The color kids.

9:44

They got to be in the back.

9:46

The color kids in the back of the bus go round and round.

9:49

Oh, Jesus Christ.

9:51

There goes, I would say there goes YouTube,

9:52

but they, we've said a lot worse than that.

9:54

I, yeah.

9:54

And they kept us on.

9:56

Your, your algorithms are not up to, up to YouTube.

10:02

We're trying, man.

10:03

So you seem to have something over here on this computer screen

10:05

that you want to like talk about.

10:06

Oh, I don't want to talk about it, but that's one of the more,

10:08

more narrow challenge entries, which I guess let's, let's do that.

10:11

Yeah, we'll do that because it looks like we are.

10:12

So last week we asked, what would you do with your own pack of cloned dire wolves?

10:18

Oh, that's right.

10:20

That was not very popular.

10:21

We only had two responses.

10:22

So I guess our fans are not dire wolf people.

10:24

Well, I think, because in all honesty, I think for dire wolf,

10:27

you almost got to be a Game of Thrones fan.

10:29

No, you don't die.

10:30

I've never heard the term dire wolf until I watched Game of Thrones.

10:32

No, it's been in Dungeons and Dragons.

10:33

It's been in Lord of the Rings.

10:35

Wait, wait, we said something nerdy and the nerds didn't jump out here.

10:38

I do.

10:38

I'm, I don't know what to tell you.

10:41

But anyway, we got a mav mccue is our first entry.

10:46

Let's build that right.

10:49

And he says, I'm a trail runner and I've always wanted a good running dog

10:54

for protection while running in the mountains.

10:56

I use my wolves to protect me from lions, bear snakes,

10:58

and from the most dangerous animal humans.

11:01

Yeah, mankind.

11:02

So he gave a serious answer.

11:03

Oh, wait, person kind.

11:04

Sorry, I don't want to upset the fucking women in space.

11:06

We did not say you had to be funny.

11:08

So that's a valid answer.

11:09

Yeah.

11:10

And then second was I'm a Y N and he sent a photo, which is you can see that.

11:18

And he says, I would use my fire.

11:21

I guess he spelled dire wrong.

11:23

Wolf to attack Oliver Chase in a nap compatible way.

11:27

So not aggression principle.

11:30

Oh, okay.

11:31

But he, but here he has a photo of a wolf eating Oliver Chase's face off.

11:35

So I don't know.

11:35

But Oh, I thought they were making out.

11:37

No, well, I mean, it's up to them.

11:40

Yeah.

11:41

I get the mouth.

11:41

Consenting dire wolves.

11:43

I don't care what you do on your own time.

11:45

But that's a high entry.

11:46

So let's see who wins.

11:48

So how does a dire wolf consent by not eating you?

11:51

I don't.

11:53

That's kind of.

11:56

And there you go.

11:56

I'm the winner.

11:57

So I track is down, track is down.

11:59

Get your Monero and you know, whatever you do with your consenting dire wolf in your own time,

12:04

that's up to you.

12:05

So let's move on.

12:08

Okay.

12:08

I was actually going to move on too.

12:10

So we got to start faking it to go boy.

12:12

I guess about this.

12:13

It was a slow week.

12:14

But even though I wasn't paying attention.

12:16

Well, I mean, Trump and China, the fight with Trump and China is actually entertaining me

12:20

is today.

12:21

Because I want to see China lose big because I am pro tariffs.

12:26

Why?

12:26

It's like it's fucking stupid.

12:28

Why?

12:28

Why?

12:28

What's wrong?

12:28

China is not our enemy.

12:30

They're just people.

12:31

Okay.

12:32

They are our enemy.

12:33

No, they're not.

12:34

What did you see what they're doing though?

12:35

They're posting videos on TikTok.

12:37

Hey, you want to buy a fancy verse?

12:39

No.

12:39

Have colored people.

12:40

No, no, I saw them make like fake ads of like fat white people, like making iPhones in a

12:46

sweatshop.

12:47

You know, they're the colors fat white people.

12:50

No, they're making it.

12:53

They're trying to sell their luxury items like buy a Gucci purse from us.

12:57

You don't want to discount.

12:58

Well, yeah, because they make the Gucci versus there.

13:00

They also make the fake ones.

13:02

Right.

13:02

But they're going to use the real stuff in these and try to sell them to people.

13:06

Sure.

13:07

It's the same shit.

13:07

I mean, who gives a fuck?

13:08

Well, you can actually tell the fake ones.

13:10

There is.

13:11

There's no, but I'm saying if it's from the same factory, then you can't tell because

13:15

it's the same product that just GOOGIE doesn't give them seal of approval.

13:19

There's no certificate about that the city.

13:21

Oh, they can fake a purse.

13:22

They can't fake a piece of paper.

13:24

Well, they could, but when you go log into the Gucci website, it'll say no such or this

13:29

purse is already been claimed by so and so or whatever.

13:31

Okay.

13:31

Oh, let's talk about the kid that stabbed the kid.

13:37

You brought it up.

13:37

Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, we talked about that.

13:38

So have you seen the video?

13:40

What video?

13:41

There's a video of him stabbing that white kid.

13:43

What?

13:43

I haven't watched it.

13:44

Where did that come from?

13:45

I didn't see that.

13:46

They say that the video, I don't want to see it.

13:48

I didn't see it.

13:50

Well, I want to see it.

13:51

Well, look it up and see it.

13:52

No, I don't want to show it on the podcast.

13:54

Somebody said there's a video.

13:55

I didn't go looking for it.

13:57

I don't think there is.

13:58

Because I legit don't want to see it.

13:59

But I will say his family is a piece of shit.

14:02

Yeah, I heard what they're doing and yeah, that's, I mean,

14:06

so yeah, someone set up a GoFundMe or GiveSendGo or whatever the fuck for the kid

14:10

to get legal fees and shit, which yeah, fine.

14:14

Calibri now is the same thing.

14:16

And like, yes, these sites are fucking bullshit where they cancel some and not others.

14:21

But the family apparently used some of that money to buy a new house for themselves.

14:25

And a large SUV.

14:27

Like what the fuck, man?

14:29

Like I know that there's no strings attached to that money,

14:32

but come the fuck on.

14:33

Your kids are like, on trial.

14:35

Your kids going in front of a court.

14:37

Yeah.

14:38

The judge is a piece of shit, John.

14:39

I mean, get fucking Johnny Cochran over here.

14:41

What are you doing?

14:41

But they have to pay for a lawyer.

14:42

So are they going to want more money to pay for the lawyer?

14:45

Or they just give a public defender?

14:47

No, I don't know how much they spent of it.

14:48

Did they spend all of it?

14:48

They don't spend.

14:49

They bought a fucking house.

14:50

Okay, but how much was it?

14:51

I believe they got $750,000.

14:52

Okay.

14:54

So the SUV was probably about a hundred grand.

14:56

It was an escalator.

14:56

Christ, dude.

14:58

Johnny Cochran, come on, man.

14:59

So the house, it looked like it was a, the video that I saw, they were coming out of a building.

15:04

So I don't know if they bought a condo at a high rise or if that was a courtroom,

15:07

they were coming out of.

15:08

I just don't know.

15:09

I didn't say.

15:11

But yeah, so there, it's, at this point,

15:14

everybody else is not, it was not self-defense.

15:17

I say if it's two on one, you have a plea for self-defense,

15:20

but again, I haven't seen the video.

15:22

Yeah, obviously he has a, I mean, he has a plea.

15:24

That's what he's going to take as his defense.

15:26

You know, whether it works or not, I don't know.

15:27

I, well, there is certain aspects you have to meet for self-defense.

15:30

And I don't know if they were there.

15:32

I do believe the two, the two guys were unarmed.

15:35

But again, two on one.

15:36

Well, so there was that case in New York where there was that Bodega operator who,

15:41

he was cornered in his Bodega by the big burly guy.

15:44

Okay.

15:45

And that guy was unarmed and the Bodega operator stabbed him.

15:48

Okay.

15:49

But he was cornered.

15:50

That, that's, that's, that is a big part of self-defense.

15:52

I could not go anywhere.

15:55

Not in Texas.

15:56

Not in Texas.

15:56

Well, each state's got a stranger ground, protect your property.

16:00

But the point is, it's for self-defense.

16:02

You have to prove that you could not escape.

16:04

Not in Texas.

16:05

You don't.

16:06

Okay.

16:06

Well, in New York, you do.

16:08

Well, in Texas.

16:09

Well, in New York, they arrest you for, for rescuing people.

16:13

Well, yeah.

16:14

But in Texas, like you can shoot a motherfucker for like looking at you wrong.

16:17

I mean, Texas.

16:18

It's like the most weird state when it comes to that.

16:21

So there was an incident in Texas.

16:23

I may have talked about this or not.

16:24

I don't know, but we have a new listener, we have a new listener probably now.

16:28

There was a guy who, his neighbor went out of town and his neighbor goes,

16:32

hey, keep it on my property.

16:34

Okay.

16:35

And somebody was breaking into his neighbor's house.

16:37

So he goes, he calls 911 and he's like, yeah, there's two people in my, my neighbor's house.

16:43

He told me to keep an eye on it.

16:44

Yeah.

16:45

Send the police or break it.

16:46

I'm going over with my gun.

16:47

Right.

16:47

And then I went one up or I was like, sir, no, put your gun down.

16:51

Let's go back to your house.

16:52

The cops the other way.

16:53

And he offered that you hear up too late.

16:55

Boom, you're dead.

16:56

And he goes, boom, the gun went, boom, he went, you're dead.

17:00

So he shot the one guy in the yard.

17:01

Yeah.

17:02

And the other guy took off and I believe he got a shot in that guy's leg too.

17:05

And they tried arresting him.

17:07

Yeah.

17:07

And they go, he's like, I was protecting my, I was given permission to protect my neighbor's

17:11

property.

17:12

Yeah.

17:12

So I did what I was supposed to do and he got off.

17:14

Yeah.

17:14

Texas lets you protect property.

17:16

And like they took this kid's backpack.

17:18

We're fucking, we're like rifling through it.

17:21

And they put hands on the kid.

17:23

Now I don't know like the size difference.

17:25

I mean, like, I know that these two were athletes and he wasn't.

17:29

Oh, he wasn't.

17:29

He looked athletic.

17:31

He might have been like a track runner or something like he wasn't a football player.

17:35

Okay.

17:36

Um, yeah, I mean, it's going to come down to like jury selection and how good your lawyer is.

17:41

And like, is it in Texas?

17:42

Because you keep bringing Texas.

17:43

Yeah.

17:44

Yeah.

17:45

Probably not looking real well with the kid on the bus.

17:48

Bus.

17:49

The colored kid, the colored boys on the bus.

17:51

Oh, yeah.

17:52

That's another problem.

17:53

It's like, it's called a recall joke.

17:54

Text.

17:55

Yeah.

17:55

Texas has those things too where if you get the wrong jury, like you could be a black guy from

18:01

another state and they're like, oh, that's guilty.

18:03

You're the black guy.

18:04

Put him in jail.

18:05

Um, who the fuck knows, man?

18:09

Yeah.

18:10

No, I used to say, like I said, they claim there's a video out there.

18:13

I get if you want to watch it, you go find it.

18:14

I will.

18:15

I'll make the scene.

18:15

So my dad.

18:16

Absolutely go watch it.

18:16

I, I, if it exists.

18:18

Yeah.

18:19

But so that's why I liked the written house case.

18:21

So because like the videos, like there was five videos the next day.

18:25

Yeah.

18:25

High definition, clear as fucking day, the most airtight self-defense case of all time

18:31

in the history of the world, like mad at me, kidding.

18:33

And they still put him on trial.

18:35

Yeah.

18:35

Well, that was political content is fucking retarded.

18:39

And yes, it was political.

18:40

So do you know a lot about the written house case?

18:42

Because that has to be watched the entire fucking thing.

18:44

No, no, but they said they, they, they made a claim that he did not cross state lines to do this.

18:53

But I know what you mean by to do this.

18:55

Yeah.

18:55

See, that's the problem.

18:56

Because I know you live in Illinois.

18:57

He lived in Zion, which is on the border of Wisconsin.

19:00

Right.

19:00

And his father lived in Racine, which is where the incident happened.

19:03

Oh, there was Kenosha.

19:04

Oh yeah, Kenosha.

19:05

Yeah.

19:07

And he would always business his father like all the time.

19:09

Right.

19:09

So he knew businesses in the area.

19:11

But his home address was in Zion.

19:13

Right.

19:13

Meaning Antioch or one of those border.

19:15

In Bebanania.

19:16

Border suburbs.

19:16

Because you have, yeah, Zion, I don't know.

19:18

They're all border suburbs.

19:19

Is there a Zion on the way?

19:20

Yes.

19:21

Okay.

19:23

But it's up on the cheese head so we don't care about it.

19:24

So yes, he went to the town where he spends half of his time.

19:29

Right.

19:30

With the intent of protecting local businesses from riots.

19:33

Cross state lines.

19:34

But I know he didn't cross state lines.

19:35

He killed the people or he just shoots people.

19:37

He was helping protect a friend's car.

19:38

Right.

19:39

He shot.

19:39

So.

19:39

And the gun never crossed state lines.

19:42

The gun was always in Wisconsin.

19:43

That's the one thing people say.

19:45

Well, his mom drove him across state lines with a rifle and blout.

19:48

No.

19:48

Okay.

19:49

Yeah.

19:49

And you're right about that.

19:50

The gun was always in Wisconsin.

19:52

It never left Wisconsin.

19:53

Okay.

19:54

Speaking of crossing state lines and living in one state and saying you live in another state.

19:59

Yeah.

20:00

Leticia James.

20:01

Oh yeah.

20:01

You heard about this?

20:02

I did see this one.

20:03

Yeah.

20:04

She might be going to jail.

20:05

Yeah.

20:05

She's a little nervous.

20:07

And what did we.

20:08

I was wondering where she came up with this theory about Trump because like it's so ridiculous.

20:12

And it turns out she's doing it.

20:13

She was doing it.

20:15

But did you hear the other mortgage application?

20:17

This is legit.

20:18

She put her father's name down as her spouse to get a better mortgage rate.

20:23

Oh my God.

20:23

I think she was younger or he had more money.

20:26

So ridiculous.

20:27

And then now they're going to the house in Virginia.

20:30

Yeah.

20:30

To see who lives there.

20:31

And there's no trespassing sign out front.

20:33

Of course.

20:34

And somebody in the window.

20:35

Go away.

20:35

We have no comment.

20:37

Go away.

20:37

Yeah.

20:38

I bet you have no comment.

20:40

Oh my God.

20:40

Prosecutors are the fucking slimy as motherfuckers man.

20:43

Yeah.

20:43

Well I mean it's not just like a Congress.

20:46

You've got the one up in West cotton in Minnesota that married her husband.

20:50

No.

20:50

B married her brother.

20:51

Yeah.

20:51

To gain entry to the country.

20:53

No.

20:53

To gain his entry into the country.

20:54

Oh to gain his entry into the country.

20:57

Oh and speaking of Democrats in Congress.

20:59

AOC is looking like a front runner for the 2020 whatever right.

21:04

Election.

21:04

Good luck.

21:05

Good luck.

21:06

Now would she keep Bernie Sanders by her side or do you think she'll ditch him.

21:10

No she'll use him to like get him in second place.

21:13

And then like make him quit.

21:15

Like they can always.

21:16

She'll pay him off and he'll go buy another super car.

21:19

And then he'll be like we have to stop the millionaires.

21:23

And then a year later he's like we have to stop the billionaires.

21:26

Because he's not a millionaire.

21:28

Fucking idiot.

21:29

Jesus Christ.

21:30

You don't think we see this.

21:31

Well that money becomes a billionaire.

21:33

I know.

21:33

We have to stop the trillionaires.

21:37

Oh God.

21:39

So and then we got the Van Halen guy.

21:42

What is the proper pronounce of his name.

21:45

Who.

21:45

I don't.

21:46

Okay.

21:46

I saw the post but I got like what is this.

21:48

Well it was a but it was a Biden speech.

21:51

I'm pretty sure I put it on.

21:52

It's on the home.

21:53

So it's what it might be.

21:54

It's attached to the Maryland guy.

21:56

Here.

21:56

Rev any one.

21:58

El Salvador told Senator Van Halen or whatever the hell his name is to pound sand.

22:03

Yeah so basically the senator from Maryland decided to go to

22:08

what country is that again.

22:09

El Salvador.

22:10

El Salvador.

22:11

Like he has a deep hole over there.

22:12

And first of all he was trying to negotiate

22:16

through this guy.

22:18

So a senator was negotiating with the president of another country.

22:23

Okay.

22:23

Is they allowed to do that.

22:25

Depends on what is exactly taking place.

22:27

No he's he broke the oh I had the name.

22:31

The same thing they went after Trump's guy.

22:33

Yeah the Logan.

22:34

Logan.

22:35

No but it's very very narrow as to what counts for that.

22:38

Like he was legit negotiating with the president.

22:41

It was it has to be more specific than that.

22:42

He was attempting to negotiate the release of this guy.

22:44

It has to be more specific than that.

22:45

Like it's not it's not that simple.

22:47

Ah lock him up anyway.

22:49

Why the guy should come back.

22:50

The guys shouldn't be there.

22:51

Bullshit the guy should be there.

22:53

No he shouldn't.

22:53

Okay what do you know.

22:54

Tell me why.

22:55

It was the same guy we talked about last week.

22:56

Yes it is.

22:57

Tell me why.

22:57

Doesn't he have a green card.

22:59

Yes.

23:00

So then he's not an illegal alien.

23:02

He's an MS-13 gang member.

23:03

How do you know.

23:04

Two judges.

23:05

He went to two different courtrooms.

23:08

Ice agents.

23:09

The local police.

23:10

And pictures of him in the past.

23:12

And when he was arrested he was found with other MS-13 gang members.

23:15

In other words.

23:16

And drugs on him.

23:17

In other words you have no actual trial with a conviction.

23:21

You wrote this due process thing and I'm willing to go.

23:23

He has a green card.

23:24

And he broke the law.

23:26

So does everybody every fucking day.

23:27

You break five laws every fucking day.

23:29

I do.

23:30

Just five.

23:31

On average.

23:32

Oh on average.

23:33

Yes.

23:34

Just five.

23:35

It's probably more than that.

23:37

But I'm American citizen.

23:38

I got rights.

23:39

Everybody has rights.

23:41

No if you have a green card you have less rights.

23:43

Bullshit.

23:44

You're a guest.

23:44

Where do rights come from Ron.

23:45

We've talked about this before.

23:46

Where do rights come from.

23:47

We're not going to yell.

23:48

We're not going to scream.

23:48

We have a guest in the house.

23:50

Although he would yell and scream with you.

23:52

So I would just be fighting.

23:52

I don't know.

23:53

I think he's actually on your side on some of these things.

23:55

I don't know.

23:56

But yeah.

23:58

So the guy is confirmed.

24:00

He's even did you know the El Salvador and gang MS-13.

24:04

They were share bullsack to identify themselves.

24:07

They what.

24:08

They were Chicago Bullsack.

24:09

Because they're there.

24:11

So within their hierarchy their higher ups get a bull tattoo.

24:15

Because the horns.

24:16

Okay.

24:16

And they've also adopted the Chicago Bulls.

24:18

So now everybody at 26 is a MS-13 member.

24:21

If they have the tattoo.

24:23

And you cannot get that tattoo unless you're a high ranking.

24:26

Anybody can get any fucking tattoo at any time they want.

24:28

Okay.

24:29

Go down on the strip.

24:29

There's tattoo joints all over the place.

24:32

You go right ahead and get the MS-13 gang symbol tattoo.

24:35

And go walk around naked city.

24:39

And see how long you last out there.

24:40

Stupid.

24:41

This is stupid.

24:42

No.

24:42

It's not.

24:43

It is.

24:43

No.

24:44

It's stupid to fucking put a goddamn piece of ink on your body.

24:47

That tells the cops who you are.

24:49

Do you have tattoos?

24:50

No I don't.

24:50

Yeah.

24:50

Neither do I.

24:51

Why? Because I'm like why would I want to put something on my body that helps cops identify.

24:54

Well yeah exactly.

24:55

But if you're into that then I don't give a fuck.

24:58

Well if you don't have to do it you don't have to get the fuck out of here.

25:02

And they put him in the I don't know.

25:04

Again I am all for property rights, personal rights.

25:08

I'm all for this.

25:09

But we had to tolerate Biden letting everyone,

25:14

oh I'm sorry we had to whoever the president was when Biden when the

25:18

auto pen was being signed.

25:20

Whoever let these people in we had to tolerate them.

25:22

You still keep going back to the same fucking thing when like you've already.

25:25

Forget some things to go after them.

25:28

I've said my piece on this.

25:29

No we already like we already we agreed on nothing on this.

25:33

Turn off welfare and say okay you're on your own.

25:38

You want to say get it fucking out.

25:39

So the reason I'm calling bullshit on that because I'm gonna take exactly where you got

25:43

that from.

25:43

You got that from Ron Paul.

25:44

I didn't get it from anybody.

25:45

I just thought it up my own.

25:46

Ron Paul has always said that.

25:48

Yes and he's correct.

25:49

And he is.

25:50

Except unless you have gang members and criminals in here then they're just gonna rob and steal.

25:54

You shoot them.

25:56

Oh my in New York City.

25:57

There's 400 million guns in America.

25:59

You cannot carry guns in New York City.

26:00

I don't give a fuck what New York City does.

26:01

That's New York.

26:02

They're fucking idiots.

26:03

If they want to live like idiots take over that let the gangs take them over.

26:07

I don't give a fuck.

26:08

Actually New York has a program to get them out of New York now.

26:10

Okay let's let's pretend that New York says MS-13 welcome right.

26:19

Sanctuary City for MS-13.

26:20

Like they explicitly say this.

26:22

Wouldn't that be good for you because all the MS-13 members that are in Vegas would say

26:26

oh I'm going to New York.

26:27

I say we may not be an official sanctuary city but Metro will not help.

26:32

I'm saying if New York says it's free reign do whatever you want.

26:36

They're all gonna go to New York.

26:37

Okay and the benefits have been cut off and they're going to rob and steal to get the

26:43

money so they can still buy their baloney sandwich.

26:46

I don't give a fuck what they do in New York.

26:47

Okay.

26:48

Why do you care about New Yorkers?

26:50

If they're committing crimes they need to go buy.

26:52

Why do you care about New Yorkers?

26:54

I care about everybody.

26:55

No you don't.

26:56

I care about.

26:56

You don't care about the MS-13 members.

26:58

If you're a criminal I do not care about you.

27:00

I care.

27:00

The government is criminals.

27:02

I don't like them either.

27:02

I don't like them either.

27:04

I don't like them either.

27:04

But you're not trying to kick eyes out.

27:06

Have I not said my view on ICE?

27:08

But you're not trying to kick them out.

27:09

If you want to kick these fuckers out do it but follow the Constitution.

27:12

Oh my god.

27:13

Okay.

27:13

Okay.

27:14

Their existence doesn't follow the Constitution.

27:16

They do process things.

27:17

It won't get a little bit if you.

27:19

No.

27:19

But they are going through judges.

27:21

They are using judges.

27:23

Yes they finally started doing something.

27:26

But explain why the Democrats are hanging their hat on this Maryland guy.

27:30

He's a he is a.

27:32

He's the best at handling.

27:32

He's the wife abuser.

27:33

Well hold on.

27:34

Before.

27:35

He's a confirmed wife abuser.

27:35

I do.

27:36

What do you mean confirmed?

27:37

Who's confirmed it?

27:38

His wife is called 911.

27:40

My husband wants to stop hitting me.

27:41

Oh because women never lie on the phone to the cops right?

27:44

Right.

27:44

Women never lie.

27:45

He had a green card.

27:46

He could have challenged.

27:47

Women never lie about going into space right?

27:50

Right.

27:50

She.

27:51

Well no a man lied.

27:53

They went along.

27:54

Actually they told the women they were in space.

27:56

And they're dumb enough to believe it.

27:59

It's not my fucking fault they're fucking

28:00

said the dumbest women we have up there.

28:02

Send a smart woman up.

28:04

She would have went.

28:04

Yeah we're not in space mother fuckers.

28:08

Now a restraining order was issued on him.

28:11

That means nothing.

28:12

Went to court.

28:12

A judge had to have some evidence.

28:14

No they don't.

28:15

Then fight it.

28:16

If you're called a wife abuser and you don't fight it.

28:18

Guess what you are.

28:19

You don't have to fight anything.

28:20

Fight it.

28:21

Then you're a wife abuser.

28:21

That's not how the system works.

28:22

You're innocent and they'll prove they're guilty.

28:24

And you're found guilty in a court.

28:26

But he wasn't.

28:27

Yes he was.

28:28

No he wasn't.

28:29

To get a restraining order you have to go in front of a judge.

28:31

You don't have to be found guilty.

28:33

No.

28:33

To get a restraining order you have to go in front of a judge.

28:35

You have a chance to fight your.

28:37

You don't have to be found guilty of anything.

28:39

You have a chance to.

28:40

You don't have to be found guilty of anything.

28:43

The judge they do this all the fucking time in family court.

28:45

They issue restraining orders for nothing.

28:48

Okay so we have 911 calls.

28:50

We have hospital visits.

28:51

So.

28:51

And we have judges.

28:52

Okay.

28:52

So.

28:53

So why is it under their trial?

28:54

Why we don't know that there was.

28:56

I mean again.

28:57

This is your case though.

28:59

You're the one bringing up.

28:59

To get a restraining order the judge issued the restraining order.

29:02

He had a chance.

29:03

Judges can just make shit up during these hearings.

29:05

So why would he not defend himself?

29:08

Who says he didn't?

29:09

Well if he did he didn't.

29:10

With what lawyer?

29:10

With what money?

29:11

With what lawyer?

29:13

You can defend yourself.

29:14

Yeah okay.

29:15

Does he even speak English?

29:17

Well he does speak English he needs to go.

29:18

No.

29:20

I don't care what you're saying.

29:20

Stupid.

29:22

No if you're a visitor here follow our fucking laws.

29:25

No don't fucking.

29:26

Stop beating up white women.

29:28

Do you know how many laws there are in the country.

29:29

Because the black women would just beat your ass dude.

29:31

Do you know how many laws there are in this country?

29:33

Way too many.

29:34

Okay then don't say follow our laws.

29:36

Nobody even knows how many laws there are.

29:39

True.

29:39

So then you can't say follow the laws.

29:41

Well no if you're accused of something defend yourself.

29:44

No.

29:45

You have to prove.

29:46

The court has to prove it.

29:48

He obviously had money because it was drill and drugs.

29:50

Dude the court has to prove that you're guilty.

29:52

You don't have to defend yourself.

29:53

You can just stand there and say prove it.

29:56

Okay here's the pictures.

29:58

Here's the 911 call.

29:59

Here's the arresting officer's body.

30:00

That's not proof.

30:02

Man woman in house woman all beat up.

30:05

Do they have that though?

30:07

They were issued okay.

30:09

I do ever went after a straight or a TPO.

30:11

No.

30:11

Do you know what a TPO is?

30:13

Intemporary protection of war.

30:14

Yeah.

30:15

Okay they're not easy to get.

30:17

Okay depends on what state you live in.

30:18

They're not.

30:19

Yeah okay.

30:19

The matter they're not easy to get.

30:20

In Maryland I bet they are.

30:22

And you know that because.

30:23

Because Maryland's a Democrat state.

30:25

And women and women never lie.

30:28

So does the matter.

30:28

No Nevada's mixed.

30:29

Mix what are you talking about?

30:30

Nevada's mixed.

30:31

We have black people I don't like to.

30:32

Yeah I know that.

30:33

We're mixed politically.

30:34

No we're not.

30:35

Yes we are.

30:36

No we're currently a blue state.

30:39

Your definition is retarded.

30:41

Google it.

30:42

We voted for Trump.

30:43

Okay so with the election of our Republican governor.

30:47

Now we might be turning purple they said.

30:49

But right now.

30:49

We've been purple forever.

30:51

Bullshit we were solid blue.

30:52

No we weren't.

30:53

We were solid blue for like the Obama era and Biden.

30:55

And that's it.

30:56

What makes us say blue?

30:57

There's no I mean like.

30:58

There's no give.

31:01

There's no one answer that I can give for that.

31:04

State legislators.

31:05

No that's part of it.

31:06

Sure.

31:06

And they all blue.

31:06

Yes we are blue on that.

31:08

All blue.

31:09

Yes.

31:09

And we have a blue governor.

31:11

And we had.

31:11

Had.

31:12

We had a blue governor which just recently changed.

31:14

Okay.

31:15

And so I was thinking if you go back.

31:16

We had Republican Republican Republican governors.

31:19

Yes.

31:19

And they went blue blue blue blue blue blue blue.

31:21

That's what makes it purple.

31:23

No no decades past.

31:25

We didn't have decades of Democrats.

31:26

We have the legislators are blue.

31:28

The senators of blue.

31:29

The doctor was.

31:29

Decades.

31:30

And we voted for a blue governor.

31:31

For one decade.

31:32

Biden won.

31:33

Biden won.

31:33

That's one decade.

31:34

Biden won Nevada.

31:36

Okay.

31:36

But you think he cheated it.

31:38

Oh I know he cheated.

31:39

Well then you can't say he won Nevada.

31:41

Well he did.

31:42

No.

31:42

They cheated Nevada.

31:44

They cheated to win in a bunch of things.

31:45

But that doesn't make it blue.

31:46

But in the history books.

31:47

We are thumbing the history books.

31:48

Nevada is not a blue.

31:49

It's a it's a it's always been a purple state.

31:51

It's a bit.

31:52

It's turning purple.

31:53

But regardless Maryland is deep fucking blue.

31:55

They've always been blue.

31:57

For like 150 fucking years.

31:59

And and the blue slogan is.

32:01

Believe all women.

32:02

Or one of their slogans.

32:04

What's another one?

32:05

We have another one.

32:06

Black Lives Matter.

32:07

Could that be the narrow challenge?

32:09

No.

32:09

Well I'm going to do something.

32:10

I'll get a better one.

32:11

Okay.

32:11

Oh we were guests today.

32:12

Yeah.

32:14

There might be a fun one.

32:16

But we can come up with something else later on.

32:17

That.

32:18

But no.

32:18

So the Democrats are like legit.

32:20

Like they're they're trying to make a point on this.

32:23

And they did a data dump last night.

32:25

Yeah.

32:25

On all this criminal record.

32:26

This guy is done.

32:27

He has a criminal record.

32:30

Whether guilty or not guilty defend yourself.

32:32

It's not how it works.

32:34

Jesus Christ.

32:35

It's exactly how it works.

32:36

No it isn't.

32:36

If you're arrested.

32:38

And accused of charges.

32:39

You defend yourself.

32:40

No you don't.

32:41

You make the state prove those charges.

32:44

You in court.

32:45

Yes.

32:46

You defend yourself.

32:46

No you just stand there.

32:48

So there's the prosecutor.

32:50

And what's the order for the other side of the table.

32:52

The defense.

32:54

Wait what?

32:54

Defense.

32:55

What does the defense do?

32:56

They.

32:57

They defend their fucking client.

32:59

Do you.

32:59

Wait you.

33:00

You didn't see that one coming.

33:02

You're worse than a goddamn Democrat.

33:03

Yeah it was so stupid.

33:04

I set it up.

33:05

Defense.

33:06

Yeah.

33:06

I understand where you were going.

33:07

Yeah I don't think you did.

33:08

Because you were kind of shocked.

33:08

No I did.

33:09

Okay.

33:10

But so no it's you defend yourself.

33:13

You can literally say nothing.

33:15

Call zero witnesses.

33:17

And still be acquitted.

33:18

Because it's not your job.

33:20

To say anything in court.

33:21

You you do realize there's juries involved with this.

33:24

Okay.

33:24

So if you do nothing and say nothing you're going to be found guilty.

33:27

Depends.

33:28

And that's not bad to say.

33:29

But if you go to the jury.

33:30

All right.

33:31

Pictures of battered wife.

33:33

Pictures of bloody knuckles.

33:33

What do you think they have to do that in the trial?

33:36

That's what it's there for.

33:37

But it's not up to him to say hey can I go defend myself.

33:40

No.

33:40

They have to set up the trial.

33:42

Wait they say you.

33:43

But they didn't do that.

33:44

Yes they did.

33:45

Well they didn't.

33:45

He never went to trial.

33:47

Whoa wait I'm talking about the battered wife shit.

33:50

Yeah.

33:50

And he did go to trial to get the restraining order.

33:53

That's not trial.

33:56

Is it judged in there.

33:57

Yes.

33:58

Are lawyers in there.

33:59

Maybe.

34:00

I don't know for sure.

34:01

Probably.

34:01

Yeah probably.

34:02

There's no jury.

34:04

That's a that's personal choice.

34:05

No there's not.

34:05

There's no jury.

34:06

It's a fucking restraining order hearing.

34:08

It's not a trial.

34:09

Okay well.

34:10

There's no evidence presented.

34:11

There's no indictments.

34:12

Do you have any evidence he did not beat his wife.

34:14

That's not how it works.

34:15

No I'm asking you.

34:17

I don't need it.

34:17

That's not how it works.

34:18

Okay.

34:19

If you're accused of a crime the state has to prove that you're guilty.

34:21

All right and they're proving that you're guilty.

34:23

No they're not.

34:23

They have to go to court in a trial.

34:27

You have to hold a criminal fucking trial.

34:29

You can't just say restraining order therefore.

34:32

That's how they do the red flag laws.

34:35

Oh you got a restraining order.

34:36

We get to take your guns away.

34:37

No asshole.

34:38

You got to convict somebody.

34:41

What is this.

34:42

They just said data drop yet last night.

34:46

Yeah I don't like I don't maybe there are convictions in there but I don't know.

34:48

I'm just saying on the assumption that there aren't you don't just get to say this.

34:53

That's the the front.

34:56

It's all gonna be the stuff that they use illegally deported which he was not.

35:03

It's all gonna be this shit that's just Maryland trial.

35:07

This is beating.

35:10

Oh yeah beating wife.

35:15

Oh I'm saying the Democrats are fucking stupid.

35:18

Well this is all they have.

35:19

I mean they don't have any like actually there was a case in Florida that I started

35:22

right about just today.

35:25

So like this guy's not perfect.

35:26

Hold on hold on husband convicted of beating wife.

35:29

Oh killing my friend.

35:30

Good wrong man.

35:30

That's a different guy.

35:31

Well how do we know I mean.

35:32

So there was a guy in Florida.

35:34

He was riding in a car with somebody illegals.

35:38

Okay.

35:39

So they arrest the whole group of them.

35:42

Although this guy's a US citizen.

35:43

He was born here.

35:44

Okay.

35:45

But now they're holding him in an ICE detention center.

35:48

And they won't accept his birth certificate or any other proof of citizenship.

35:53

Oh.

35:55

That one's kind of gross.

35:57

But this could be their new their new uh their new poster boy if they want.

36:00

Sight your source.

36:01

Uh I someone linked it to me just like right before the show so I didn't get a chance to

36:05

pull you.

36:05

Because the media's lying their asses off right now.

36:07

Well they're not lying about this.

36:09

It's not.

36:10

Oh they're not they're not lying about this.

36:12

But they lie about that that that that.

36:14

This is all a bunch of facts that are like verifiable facts.

36:17

Okay.

36:18

US born man held for ICE under Florida's new anti-immigration law.

36:23

So like Florida just passed a law where they can't.

36:25

What's website is that.

36:26

This is like some local Florida paper newspaper.

36:28

Florida Phoenix.

36:29

Yeah.

36:30

I guess right on the ashes or whatever.

36:33

Um well let's see how that plays out.

36:35

But he has a lot of country.

36:36

So Democrats if you want to pick a different guy maybe go for this guy.

36:39

Well let's find out what this guy's a shithead or not.

36:42

But literally I want to know how I wanted that senator to actually have to go in the prison.

36:47

And we just shave his head and leave him in there too.

36:49

Well now there I agree with you.

36:51

Deport all the senators.

36:52

Deport all the congress people except for Thomas Massey.

36:55

Deport Trump too.

36:56

Get them all out.

36:57

Oh get the whole lot of them.

36:58

Get them all out.

37:00

So okay.

37:03

Well at least they didn't come to like screaming match at school.

37:05

The word retard wasn't thrown out.

37:07

I don't want to mention something up.

37:09

So a couple weeks ago we had an interview.

37:12

With paranoia machinery.

37:14

And he runs the Outlaw Crypto Podcast.

37:17

So we should be showing up at his show within a week or two.

37:20

The highest rated show he's ever gone out.

37:22

Absolutely.

37:22

I wanted to give him a shout out.

37:24

Let him know that he is more than welcome to come on our show anytime he wants.

37:28

As long as he has a good topic.

37:29

Hell I want to go to Columbia and visit him.

37:31

Yeah.

37:31

Yeah.

37:32

No he is a really good show.

37:33

Outlaw Crypto Podcast.

37:35

He really deep dives into various privacy coins and other things.

37:40

If you're not a crypto guy like me watch the show anyway because we did a lot of non-crypto talk.

37:45

Yeah.

37:45

Yeah.

37:46

We did some crypto talk because that's the theme of his show.

37:49

But I couldn't say anything crypto so I just started talking shit.

37:52

It was fun.

37:53

His show is very educational even for like lay people.

37:57

Because he says he's not very tech oriented.

37:59

I think he is.

38:00

I think he is.

38:00

So.

38:01

He knows what he's talking about.

38:02

But if you're just like trying to dabble get into it.

38:06

Listen to a show like he really goes.

38:07

Yeah he was actually.

38:08

I enjoyed talking.

38:10

I truly enjoyed talking with him.

38:12

Yeah.

38:12

Look out for us on his show and maybe look out for him on our show.

38:14

Yeah.

38:15

Soon.

38:15

Maybe he'll get a highest rated show so have to come on here for a second round.

38:20

And he can talk about Colombian politics.

38:22

Those are fun.

38:23

Yeah.

38:24

No I got a friend of mine who's got I just found out he's got like two yachts in Colombia.

38:29

And he goes and it's actually pretty nice.

38:30

Your friend is a co-dealer.

38:32

I mean the guy is very wealthy.

38:34

He's a quasi friend.

38:36

He's a former work contact.

38:37

Is his last name Escobar?

38:40

Pablo.

38:42

Pablo Escobar.

38:46

No he's actually he's he's like when I say a white guy he is like hardcore white.

38:50

Not a white supremacist.

38:52

He's got the blonde hair.

38:54

The pale white skin.

38:55

I mean at least I've got some.

38:56

I don't believe one of the escaped Nazis that fled to the south of the.

38:58

Okay.

38:59

He was out there hanging with Hitler.

39:00

I heard Hitler.

39:01

Did we talk about this?

39:02

We talked about it on the the Crypto Guys website.

39:05

Okay.

39:06

It's funny because I brought it up and he he was one up in me.

39:10

I love this guy because apparently Hitler did not die.

39:14

Now there is there's been a story going around for a long time saying that Hitler had

39:18

well Hitler did have doubles.

39:19

Okay.

39:20

Like a lot of dictators have doubles.

39:21

Right.

39:22

Don't jump high.

39:24

And allegedly the guy that shot himself in the bunker if he shot himself was one of

39:31

Hitler's doubles while the real Hitler secretly escaped.

39:34

Would the CIA's help through Project Paper Club?

39:37

Because they were bringing they were they were dispersing.

39:39

That was the original story but that way in front of the news story.

39:42

That's kind of yeah that's kind of the news story.

39:43

But the original story is like Hitler escaped to South America and like lived out until the

39:47

1970s or something.

39:49

But like there was something as part of the it was a dock drop like which was a

39:56

declassification of something or other.

39:59

And it said like Hitler like Columbia was or Argentina or one of those play one of

40:03

those countries was like confirming that Hitler was there.

40:06

No.

40:07

No.

40:07

It was it was the libertarian guy.

40:10

He he did he did a Wikileaks data drop.

40:14

Okay.

40:14

He did the data.

40:14

Yeah.

40:15

Yeah.

40:15

Yeah.

40:15

And it said Hitler was alive in his country.

40:17

But I know I know he got it from somewhere.

40:20

I but I forget where it might have been the JFK files or it was something that came out

40:24

recently.

40:25

Yeah.

40:25

Where there was this one page is like oh yeah.

40:27

Hitler's in South America like like what if what the fuck.

40:31

Oh man.

40:33

Yeah.

40:34

No.

40:34

Good because I never really jumped on that one.

40:39

I well I mean we know a lot of high profile Nazis did escape there.

40:42

No.

40:42

What we used them all the guy who faked the moon landing was a Nazi and we had a

40:46

Brunner NASA when I faked the moon landing.

40:49

So go figure.

40:50

He was gone before that I think.

40:52

But you watch really popping up now.

40:53

And I've always avoided this conspiracy is 9/11.

40:56

Why.

40:57

Well why is it popping up.

41:00

I don't know if there's been data drops on this or what.

41:03

But they're really coming hardcore that it was it was staged.

41:07

It was not.

41:08

It was no.

41:09

I get it's not what it's not one of my conspiracies I ever wanted to go.

41:12

We all saw planes hit the buildings.

41:15

Okay.

41:15

But remote control with a pilot or remote control.

41:18

Oh my god.

41:19

You think it was just remote control a plane like that.

41:23

Yeah.

41:23

Back in 2001.

41:24

Why couldn't they do that.

41:25

Couldn't even fucking like play Xbox back then.

41:27

It was so bad.

41:28

Like the remember like they came out with a like motion control like the weasel.

41:33

The remote.

41:34

You know that fucking thing was you thought it was a remote control plane.

41:37

The retail technology we buy at the store is the government.

41:40

It's not that far ahead.

41:42

Like you're on your mind about that.

41:44

We'll see.

41:45

Nintendo Wii was far more advanced than anything the government was doing.

41:49

Oh god.

41:49

Come on.

41:50

It's Nintendo.

41:51

Nintendo is fucking top of the line.

41:53

This is Japanese right.

41:54

Yes.

41:54

Yeah that's why.

41:56

No I.

41:56

And it was still it sucked.

41:58

Control sucked.

41:59

I was always I was never a chemtrail guy.

42:01

Now I'm starting to venture over to that.

42:04

And I've always afforded the 911 conspiracy because it's just I like you.

42:08

I saw it on TV so it must be true.

42:13

What.

42:14

I'm not saying the official story is what happened but we all saw fucking planes hit the building.

42:18

Did you see a plane hit the Pentagon.

42:20

I don't think anyone you well people in DC saw it.

42:24

So we couldn't get any camera footage of it.

42:26

So wait the Pentagon.

42:28

Yeah.

42:29

Cameras.

42:30

Yeah.

42:31

We didn't pick up the plane coming in.

42:32

Well they're not releasing anything that shows that.

42:35

The Pentagon with you think they have more than like one camera right.

42:38

Yeah.

42:39

They they have a ring camera the front door you post it but they let you in.

42:41

Maybe.

42:42

Or they got more cameras than that.

42:43

Well but I'm saying they are not releasing.

42:45

Why.

42:46

I don't know.

42:46

They released an I-11's in New York stuff.

42:48

That was live TV.

42:50

Okay.

42:50

So you don't think a live TV called a plane coming in the Pentagon.

42:52

No the Pentagon has not been a big city like DC.

42:56

It's not in the middle of the city dude.

42:58

But they have camera crews in DC all the time.

43:01

Yeah and they're like they have a big ring where like you can't just go in there.

43:06

True.

43:07

But a plane doesn't just appear and then it comes in the sky.

43:11

Why would you be out in the perimeter of the Pentagon filming the Pentagon.

43:15

See but no that's my question on a lot of stuff.

43:18

Why were like the plane that flipped over.

43:20

Right.

43:20

The women that were piloted a plane that landed a plane.

43:22

Right.

43:23

That's all on video.

43:24

Right.

43:25

And it was cold out.

43:26

Rick but now you're doing the opposite here.

43:28

No.

43:29

No.

43:29

Why was there a guy in his car videotaping the plane landing.

43:32

Okay.

43:33

The plane left over.

43:33

But there was nobody filming the Pentagon.

43:35

So what I'm saying is you have an actual arguable defense.

43:37

Okay.

43:38

That's my point.

43:39

That's what I'm saying.

43:40

But so like the whole thing like people talk about is oh there were bombs and now there were no

43:44

fucking bombs.

43:45

If you wanted to bomb the buildings you don't need to do the planes.

43:48

Just bomb the buildings.

43:50

Why would you have this setup.

43:51

Celebrate fucking setup with planes.

43:54

Just set up the bombs.

43:55

False flags.

43:57

Like Pearl Harbor.

43:57

You can still just blow the buildings up in the bar house.

43:59

Do you believe Pearl Harbor was a false flag.

44:02

Depends on what your definition is.

44:04

Just think your ideas.

44:05

No.

44:05

Depends on what your definition is.

44:06

We allowed.

44:07

We didn't do it.

44:08

We allowed Japan to attack Pearl Harbor.

44:09

So Japan actually did it.

44:10

But we allowed them to.

44:12

We knew they were coming and we didn't defend our proper.

44:14

Okay.

44:15

So if you count that as a false flag then yes.

44:17

We allowed a foreign country to come and fly it.

44:20

Some people don't count that as a false flag.

44:22

A false flag is like I do the bad thing and then I'm going to have somebody else.

44:28

Okay.

44:28

But we still allowed another country to attack our country.

44:32

So we can get into World War II.

44:33

Okay.

44:34

I mean we already started the Linden Lease Program prior to Pearl Harbor.

44:36

We did that in World War I and then fucking the Spanish American.

44:39

We've been doing this forever.

44:40

Who gives a fuck.

44:41

No.

44:41

But what I was trying to say is you.

44:43

We've talked about this before but the Linden Lease Program.

44:45

You know what that is right.

44:46

Where we lent at least all of our military equipment to our allies overseas.

44:50

You're getting on topic though.

44:51

And then after Pearl Harbor happened.

44:52

What you're getting off topic.

44:53

What I'm saying is they allowed Pearl Harbor to happen.

44:57

But.

44:57

So we can so we can.

44:58

I'm saying if you wanted to bomb the buildings you could just bomb them.

45:02

You don't need planes.

45:02

So our government allowed American citizens to be killed by Japanese pilots.

45:06

So it was Japanese.

45:07

Okay.

45:08

So we can enter World War II.

45:09

Okay.

45:10

So George Bush.

45:12

Yeah.

45:12

Allowed planes to hit the World Trains there.

45:14

Okay.

45:15

So we could enter into a war.

45:17

But then why won't you do bombs in the buildings.

45:18

There's no bombs in the buildings.

45:20

Did you see the slow.

45:21

That's the.

45:21

Oh my god.

45:22

There's no bombs in the fucking buildings.

45:24

What buildings.

45:24

The World Trade Center buildings.

45:27

Yeah.

45:28

That's I'm trying to site sources on that right now.

45:31

Jesus Christ.

45:32

Like he's so stupid.

45:33

If you're going to destroy the buildings with and you need bomb to do that.

45:37

Then you don't need planes at all.

45:38

Just bomb the buildings.

45:40

It's dumb.

45:41

Like you're adding you're introducing points of failure.

45:46

Like what if your kamikaze pilot says oh you know what I'm not doing this stupid shit.

45:49

There's no virgins.

45:50

There's no afterlife.

45:51

Then your plan fucked up.

45:52

He's fucked up.

45:53

Dude other cultures are fucking they do weird shit.

45:56

I mean.

45:56

Okay.

45:57

Then you don't need bombs.

45:58

Even G-Haw's.

45:58

But then you don't need bombs.

45:59

Just hit the plane.

46:00

The planes in the building which is what happened.

46:03

This is so stupid.

46:05

A plane hitting building.

46:07

Yeah.

46:08

Now this building was designed to take a hit from an airplane.

46:11

By the way just so it was.

46:14

It was just like the John Ankoch Center.

46:16

Just like the John Ankoch Center in Chicago.

46:18

It was designed.

46:19

Just because something is designed to do something doesn't mean it does nothing.

46:22

No actually the John Ankoch Center could take a hit from it because it has an exoskeleton.

46:25

It has an exoskeleton.

46:26

I don't necessarily believe that a plane would not take that down either.

46:29

The exoskeleton would protect it.

46:31

I don't know about that.

46:34

Oh I mean yeah.

46:37

I wish I could find that video.

46:44

So those have not collapsed here yet.

46:46

Oh really?

46:46

You sure?

46:47

Right.

46:47

No there's no say.

46:48

No hold on.

46:49

So the planes have hit them obviously.

46:50

Yeah.

46:51

You're going to start seeing the slowdown explosions down here.

46:54

Now that could be explained.

46:56

No that could be explained with gas pipes being severed.

47:01

Electrical light.

47:01

High voltage electrolytes being severed.

47:04

So they can be explained.

47:08

And what the fuck would.

47:10

It might not out to zero.

47:11

It's Japanese.

47:12

You don't recognize Japanese?

47:14

No.

47:14

Do you?

47:15

Yes.

47:16

Oh because you're a you work for the FBI so you won't read about having one.

47:20

I didn't speak it.

47:20

I just recognized it.

47:22

But this is a long ass video.

47:23

I know.

47:24

Can't just listen to this one.

47:27

So all I'm saying is I'm open now to the 9-11-1.

47:30

I'm going to research it.

47:32

But that doesn't mean that they had all these bombs

47:34

and that it was actually Israel and that it was all this like

47:38

conspiracy tired bull like what the fuck is this?

47:41

Charlie from the tiny Philadelphia on the street.

47:44

Like it doesn't mean you need all that.

47:46

You don't need all that shit.

47:48

The one thing that I'm curious about is Israel's been popping up a lot

47:51

in our history of our disasters.

47:53

Well of course they're fucking their maniacs.

47:56

Okay.

47:56

Have you read about the history of just Israel by themselves?

48:00

Or just.

48:00

Well I don't know.

48:01

No I haven't but I do know there's one guy for going he's

48:04

he's not coming.

48:04

Israel cannot be a state and he wants to stop them from being their own country.

48:09

They already are.

48:09

I mean what are you going to do now?

48:10

I don't know.

48:11

He's got a plan.

48:13

I don't know.

48:13

I'd say out of four of the fairs they confuse me.

48:16

So I mean we're at 48 minutes.

48:19

We did that with very little news.

48:20

So.

48:22

All right.

48:23

So we have a guest today and I guess we'll just kick you out and then bring him on.

48:30

All right.

48:31

We're here with Steve X from the Crypto is Cash project.

48:34

How you doing Dave?

48:35

Good. How are you?

48:36

Doing good.

48:36

Doing good.

48:37

So tell us about what is crypto is cash?

48:40

Well it's really not much.

48:41

It's just a brand I gave in an attempt to kind of give a cohesive message to things I've been

48:48

doing around town here in Vegas as far as introducing businesses to different technologies,

48:52

free technologies that they can use to accept crypto.

48:55

And it's just been a little bit of a journey hunting for this stuff and I've done pretty

48:59

good finding some of this stuff.

49:00

Cool.

49:01

Yeah.

49:01

So just tell us you know what kind of stuff you've done and what kind of roadblocks you've had and

49:07

how people in other cities might go about something similar.

49:10

Right.

49:10

Right.

49:10

Right.

49:11

Well actually I'm going to go out of sequence here a bit.

49:14

I was having a discussion with a friend today and he told me that he spends a lot of time in

49:18

Guatemala and they actually like using Bitcoin down there.

49:21

Is it actually Bitcoin or is it lightning?

49:25

I really don't know because he's not a crypto guy.

49:28

Okay.

49:28

He just goes down there and likes doing stuff but he runs into problems where he needs to take

49:32

lots of cash down there and I says well if the vendors are accepting Bitcoin down there I'll teach

49:38

you some stuff and you don't have to worry about carrying large amounts of cash on the plane.

49:41

I think the government in Guatemala had taken if it wasn't him it was somebody else had taken

49:48

like thousands of dollars from these people because they're like oh yeah you can't leave

49:50

the country with this money.

49:52

We need that here you know because it's US dollars and they like using it.

49:55

But basically gosh I don't even know how I got into this.

49:59

I like the idea of cryptocurrency being a freedom money being a non-controlled money.

50:03

I like that it's pretty much inflation resistant.

50:07

I got into crypto via Bitcoin and it didn't really take that long like within a year I

50:12

realized okay it's got a limited supply.

50:15

Everybody's touting that like it's the greatest thing on earth.

50:17

However that just means eventually one guy's going to own it all you know and it's very easy

50:24

with a limited supply for the government to say hey we're collecting our taxes in Bitcoin now.

50:28

Thank you for your Bitcoin.

50:29

Here's your US dollar version of whatever that we want right.

50:32

And I just started seeking out other things.

50:36

The first one I found was Litecoin and it does it's still got a limited supply but anyway

50:42

it transacted faster.

50:44

Oh the fees for Bitcoin is what really turned me off.

50:46

That threw me off.

50:47

I was getting into the Lightning Network.

50:51

I got what was called the Moon wallet which was a really easy to use lightning wall.

50:54

It was awesome.

50:54

It would transfer faster.

50:55

It was like everything you would love about crypto and electronic money.

50:59

And then I had a low amount on there like less than $20 and I couldn't move it because at the

51:05

time the Bitcoin transaction fees were like as much as or more than I had in my account.

51:11

So as soon as the Bitcoin fees came down I bailed on that.

51:15

And I might have even just said fuck this all together and just call it a day.

51:18

You know like I said it was only less than 20 bucks.

51:20

So as I got further into it I really don't know how I got into it.

51:27

I really don't know how I got into wanting to make it a currency but I did or make it a usable

51:31

by paper.

51:32

I mean that was the original idea behind it right.

51:34

The white paper and everything.

51:35

Yeah exactly exactly.

51:36

Yeah you read the white paper and it was electronic cash is what they did.

51:41

It was meant to be money.

51:42

It was meant for two things to be able to do electronic transactions without needing a

51:47

third party.

51:47

And then the other thing was the open blockchain which was a positive thing for the Bitcoin thing.

51:53

Meaning that the governments couldn't just print as much money as they wanted.

51:57

Right.

52:00

You know I really don't know.

52:00

Let me get focused back on what I'm here for.

52:02

So crypto's cash is basically just a small effort on my part.

52:07

It's not incorporated or anything like that.

52:09

It's just a brand so I'm not using my own personal name for this stuff.

52:12

But I utilize an application called Bitrequest.

52:16

And I came upon this after a lot of research and looking at different products and different

52:22

tools that were out there.

52:23

And this one was very nice because it takes seconds to set up.

52:27

Well minutes really.

52:29

But it is it's very easy to set up.

52:31

You just need your XPUB or NPUB or whatever pub in there and then it just generates the

52:35

new addresses for you.

52:36

And the thing is with an ordinary crypto wallet if you hand a crypto wallet you know you're

52:40

my employee I hand you a crypto wallet and you want to do my business.

52:46

You know here to the customers here you can do the crypto.

52:48

Yes.

52:49

Pays with crypto, pays with crypto.

52:50

Well most crypto wallets are multiple currencies so there's a lot of buttons to push before you

52:56

get to the right one.

52:56

And your average employee isn't going to know how to do that especially if you're working

52:59

at a little restaurant or something like that.

53:01

So I need something very simple and of course the worst part is you're giving your employees

53:06

basically your bank.

53:07

Your bank account information.

53:09

They can easily just go and turn around and spend that money you know.

53:13

If they wanted to and then just not show up the next day if you have a good crypto day

53:16

or something like that.

53:18

So I need something that was fast easy to use easy to set up easy to maintain and easy

53:23

for the employees to just go there you go.

53:26

So it needs to be as easy as or easier than like Apple Pay.

53:30

And Bit request pretty much covers that and the developer was really cool.

53:35

I've reached out to him for a couple of things.

53:37

He got USDC to the Polygon Network to work which the Polygon Network I don't want to.

53:43

It's a second layer for like Ethereum based stuff but it's Polygon and it's just fast and

53:50

cheap.

53:50

So if you're going to use Ethereum it's going to cost you probably 10 or 15 bucks to do

53:56

even the stupidest transaction you know.

53:58

Where there's Polygon is hundreds or even thousands of a cent for transactions.

54:04

Super cheap.

54:06

I don't want to get into the negatives of the Ethereum world and second layers and everything

54:10

but I needed a stable coin to talk to the businesses about because not every business

54:13

is going to want to deal with collecting you know $500 a Bitcoin one day and

54:20

have the price dropping now it's for $250.

54:25

So that's part of part of the plan to get things going and basically there's just too

54:29

many fucking moving parts for for this to really work.

54:32

It's hard even the vendors who are interested in it.

54:37

Well how do I train my employees?

54:38

How do I handle this?

54:39

How do I handle that?

54:40

So I'm working on all these things and the way I'm watching the technology move it seems

54:44

like it's just a matter of time before we'll be able to get a decentralized smart contract

54:48

so we won't need a bank because currently there's services out there like BitPay

54:51

that will accept they'll accept any crypto like they'll enable it so business can accept

54:56

any crypto but then they immediately convert it to US dollars.

55:00

But they're the third party converting it to US dollars.

55:02

So I'm thinking that there's likely going to be a smart contract coming out soon that can do

55:07

that all automated in a decentralized way and some sort of way.

55:12

I don't know because like anytime that you're talking about real world assets

55:18

you have to rely on some third party to buy and sell that asset.

55:22

Well I would be dealing with like we would I'm just looking for a stablecoin any stablecoin

55:27

that would work in a smart contract environment that could work like that.

55:31

I'm not a tech guy I mean I'm not a coder I don't know how this stuff works

55:34

and I think what I'm talking about is a little more advanced than can be done today.

55:38

Yeah.

55:40

But even at the best if I could have it so that the manager knows how to convert it

55:46

at the end of the night would be more than enough which is possible and there's some good

55:50

things out there because in the DeFi world there's stablecoins that they there's one app I know of

55:56

and I think there's a few out there but Aave is fully decentralized self-custodial and they

56:01

you throw your money into the smart contract and then it earns interest because they're

56:04

loaning it out and how it's self-custodial and they loan it out I haven't quite figured out

56:09

but there's they actually take collateral from their people.

56:13

I mean what I'd like to see is like people just trade natively in whatever crypto and then yes

56:20

there's going to be volatility but if you have this network of people that all agree to use this

56:26

crypto you can give discounts to each other so that will help offset that volatility.

56:31

Well you know I like Monero Market I bought a few things on Monero Market and XMR Bizarre.

56:37

XMR Bizarre kind of has a nicer website and I've used their escrow and it's a little clunky this

56:41

is all beta stuff like the thing is is like I keep in my mind I think this is great everybody should

56:46

use it and then I look at it for what it is and what it is is it's brand new technology and especially

56:51

the Monero community has very good like that those two markets that they have they're very similar

56:56

and have a lot of the same sellers each one of them is different so you've got a lot of competition

57:00

going on there and they've grown really fast there's probably like 2,000 sellers on each one

57:04

right now you know nice close to it but they've got the escrow systems and you know eventually

57:10

that can turn into a sort of decentralized thing possibly you know there's always when you're

57:14

dealing with a physical like you were saying earlier when you talk about real-world assets

57:17

in crypto there's always that point where there's a friction there you know but so the whole economy

57:24

I'm into a crypto economy I used to work in construction and I'd get paid on cash on jobs

57:30

and I thought it was a fabulous thing and there's a lot of businesses out there see the timing for

57:35

all of this is horrible there's a lot of businesses out there who used to be cash yeah but most of

57:40

those owners are like 60 or 70 years old now right you know because cash is I know a lot of the

57:47

businesses I'm thinking of in the Great Recession 2008-2009 started accepting credit cards because

57:54

they had to because nobody had any money and they needed to keep liquid yeah and

57:59

so you know even these businesses you know they still accept cash they prefer cash but you know

58:06

everybody pays with a card you know the technology for card paying is expanded so much since bitcoin

58:13

has been invented you know when big if everybody started using bitcoin when it was first invented

58:17

and they did from what I understand I wasn't there back then sort of a little bit I mean well

58:23

so when I when I was doing the big thing and I'd look up hey where can I spend my bitcoin who's

58:27

accepting big one blah blah blah there was a bunch of press releases from the hotels downtown yeah

58:34

and they'd be talking about it'd be about this is about 2014 so you had like the de-hotel I think

58:41

it was and whatever Derek Stevens was doing he was really interested in crypto I think he had the

58:45

golden gate as well okay and they were advertising yeah you can spend crypto here I don't know what

58:50

their mechanism was or anything like that I think you had to go to the bitcoin machine yeah cash

58:54

out or something like that yeah and the other thing like there was just so little use back then

58:58

that the fees weren't going crazy yeah um and like the way bitcoin works is when the demand spikes

59:04

the fees go crazy because it's just poorly I don't want to say poorly designed because if you go

59:10

read the old forum posts like Satoshi knew that these problems were in there and like his thinking

59:15

was we'll upgrade it as we need to and then like the whole CIA takeover or whatever you want to call

59:23

it happened and they're like no no this is digital gold we're not going to do that yeah nobody knows

59:27

what that is but there's a book out there hijacking bitcoin which is very good and they wanted to

59:31

deliver the message so much so that you can get the free audiobook like just about anywhere

59:36

YouTube it's all over the place it's called hijacking bitcoin I highly recommend it especially

59:39

if you're in a crypto and haven't heard about this end of things um but uh yeah I mean in since then

59:47

of course I've just discovered so many different cryptocurrencies in different ways of doing it

59:50

now there's like decentralized exchanges now like peer-to-peer decentralized exchanges so you can

59:56

trade anything like basic swap is amazing it's still all this stuff is still we did a show on that

1:00:01

oh did you yeah nice okay I have to listen to that one I missed it I missed it I I heard your Dr

1:00:06

John uh uh yeah yeah I got it I haven't I haven't called him yet but I want him for my doctor

1:00:11

nice there you go um yes we're we're getting people customers what I'm gonna be takes crypto

1:00:15

I think I think he uh mentioned something that he'd be willing to if he does it'll break his arm yeah

1:00:21

I mean really so if you're a business that is even thinking about crypto or thinking about

1:00:25

different options or maybe preferred your cash environment where you can count your money at

1:00:29

the end of the night right uh if you're if you're even thinking about this stuff uh get a hold of me

1:00:37

man uh crypto is cash at proton dot me is the email okay um yes crypto is cash yeah we'll have

1:00:45

weeks on our on our site for people um so yeah if your business is going to be accepting crypto

1:00:52

now don't think like all of a sudden you know all of your money is going to all of a sudden be in

1:00:56

crypto it's probably it's probably not you're probably going to get one or two customers a

1:01:00

month at the most so it's not like it's not like the amount of crypto you get is going to affect

1:01:06

your business so the volatility is just it's all it's part of a learning process so it's the volatility

1:01:12

won't affect your business you'll get you'll do maybe a hundred dollars of business in a month yeah and

1:01:16

and like if you if you don't want to be in crypto like you just want to have that available for your

1:01:21

customers uh there's networks of people where like you can sell that crypto you know yes yeah so

1:01:27

i'll buy it yeah exactly yeah if you got my narrow buy it at par i'll buy it zero yeah exactly yeah yeah

1:01:32

yeah uh so let's um so you're here in vegas and i know you've been focusing on on local businesses

1:01:39

do you want to talk about some successes you had with uh some of our businesses here i haven't had

1:01:45

any successes oh my god well okay i i got a kid that no but you but you always post in the chat room

1:01:49

about uh hey these guys take crypto but do what yeah oh okay i do yes well i mean i talked i talked to the uh

1:02:00

so he's a car detailer okay i i met him at the tech alley event in henderson and um which is really

1:02:09

cool that los vegas and henderson have these uh tech conventions once a month it's nice um anyway

1:02:16

he came out detailed my car uh i think he's he's doing it to get through college so he needs the

1:02:22

cash to pay his bills but i did tip him in crypto and he's and he sat there and listened to me talk

1:02:25

talked to him about teaching some stuff for about an hour cool i turned him on to the edge wallet

1:02:29

which is the wallet i um promote for newbies and people who are not familiar with crypto at all

1:02:35

i highly recommend the edge wallet it's got just a lot of features that are easy to deal with for

1:02:41

people who are not technologically minded um the double down saloon i probably shouldn't say their

1:02:47

name i've been talking to them about we already posted the sticker up there oh did you yeah okay

1:02:51

yeah i put the link to them and everything oh that's right that's right yeah i've been talking to them

1:02:55

just casually about accepting crypto and it's not gonna happen anytime soon there unless you guys

1:03:00

start going in and ask for it yeah and of course uh the vegas bitcoin group i got some except crypto

1:03:05

big coin stickers for them and i've kind of taken to uh just posting them on business windows

1:03:11

to see what their reaction might be you know so we'll see if you know if you if you advertise it

1:03:17

people might come in and say hey so you accept crypto yeah oh no wait let's stick around size well

1:03:22

but the whole thing is it gets people asking right yeah never hurts to ask like that i mean i

1:03:27

went down to the farmers markets when we were about to do our barbecue and man like there were just like

1:03:33

people like oh yeah that might be cool but nobody like nobody was already taking it nobody was like

1:03:38

really into accepting it and that was surprising because like you'd think a farmers market like

1:03:44

these are the people that would be into cash or silver rounds or am you know like whatever yeah

1:03:51

whatever i'm gonna shoot my candles but but they but they weren't they all had like the little

1:03:57

square machines they're all tied up with the big banks it's like yep yep yeah so crypto is it's

1:04:02

bankless it's totally bankless and uh you know the better the better part of accepting you know

1:04:08

things like litecoin and bitcoin cash and minero is that they they have all got a nice privacy

1:04:13

feature so the amount can be obfuscated somehow and then you can take that and roll it into a stable

1:04:18

coin for usually about that one or two percent that you're paying the uh the credit card company

1:04:23

maybe less or you know exchange with some people here in town right if that's your thing you know

1:04:31

but um you know you don't need a bank you don't it's this is d5 this is 2024 2008 2009 when bitcoin

1:04:40

came out it literally changes the map of the world and that map is in the process of being changed but

1:04:46

uh there's a podcast called bankless where they're pretty mainstream they talked a lot of regulations

1:04:51

very it's very uh good macro podcast you know high level stuff and they get good guess but their

1:04:57

whole notion is you don't need the banking system you don't need a bank you can transact with money

1:05:02

without the bank the only reason we have banks nowadays and electronic payments that we do now

1:05:06

is because that was the only technology that was available right when things developed prior to that

1:05:10

you know what was it it was anathema to use a credit card in the 1950s and 60s you know even

1:05:14

through the 80s and 90s you know you're a rich guy you're gonna be oh i'm diners club yeah yeah

1:05:19

exactly you know and then debit cards came out which kind of massaged everybody into the whole

1:05:23

it's okay to accept electronic payments but usually people use their debit card to go to the atm

1:05:28

and get 20 bucks out or 100 bucks out you know you didn't uh you didn't spend money every day like

1:05:33

that with your debit card and if you did you were getting charged what 25 cents fees for this stuff

1:05:38

it was not cheap you got charged for using your debit card yeah i used to be like um in my 20s or so

1:05:46

all credit cards because i would be like a reward target i would stop you there okay i used to be

1:05:50

in my 20s too no i like i used to be a rewards harvester okay because they all had these rewards

1:05:57

programs and like i don't pay interest right so i'll i'll take the 25 interest and then get maximum

1:06:03

rewards back and then just never pay you a penny in interest um but eventually i realized like uh

1:06:10

they're they're doing a lot of spying on you uh that they're sending that info to to the government

1:06:15

to whoever the fly like who knows where they're sending that info and like breaches happen

1:06:20

and all your info gets out um and i just said the fuck it i'm just gonna do cash from now on so i've

1:06:25

been almost all cash uh i do have some money in the bank and the way i handle it is it's just

1:06:32

enough to cover like a couple months worth if i need to and then if i ever go over that i just

1:06:38

take that out and then i spend cash yep yep i like cash because it's budget makes budgeting a lot

1:06:44

easier you know i give myself a certain amount once a week yeah and that's my money for the week

1:06:49

and if the pile's there then you're doing good right exactly exactly and uh you know if i go over

1:06:55

i know i'm going over yeah it's like okay i need to curb some spending and things like that you know

1:07:00

and then it allows me to have more money for crypto and saving and stuff like that so i'm not so

1:07:06

strict with the bank you know i've got a pretty you know i got a lifestyle that requires banking so

1:07:11

well so here's the way here's what gets me is that after the 2008 financial financial crisis

1:07:17

they changed the laws around banking to where so if you remember the banks were failing and they said

1:07:25

we need to bail out and uh bush at the time said okay here's your bail out and then obama we all

1:07:32

everyone thought oh obama's gonna shut this shit down because he was like oh the bushel bailouts

1:07:36

were terrible so we all elected obama and he's like oh just kidding i love bailouts so they

1:07:41

changed the way the laws work around banking to where they no longer need to do a bailout so now

1:07:46

they can do what's called a bail in and what that means is when you put money in the bank

1:07:51

that's the bank's money that's not your money and if they go under they can take that account

1:07:57

to make themselves whole and yes it's technically alone that they owe you back good luck collecting

1:08:03

like what are you going to do sue them i think in that circumstance it's unlikely that the bank's

1:08:09

gonna take your money because the government will just give them more to give you back you know

1:08:12

and the fdic and unless you've got but then the inflation is gonna go nuts yeah well inflation's

1:08:16

gonna go nuts there's no doubt about that i mean you know if anybody elected trump thinking he's

1:08:20

gonna you know be conservative with money they're a fool uh he's gonna be printing his brains out

1:08:27

because he likes hard assets and when he prints his brains out the price of his assets go up

1:08:32

um

1:08:34

yeah so uh anything else we want to cover i mean really just use crypto and cash the idea of using

1:08:42

cash you mentioned here on the show quite a bit yeah use cash and using cash is it's a huge deal

1:08:46

you know i don't think you're you touched on you know the bank and the information they collect on

1:08:51

you and uh canada during the pandemic yeah there was a reference there and then um aram who hangs out

1:08:58

with a lot of crypto at the crypto groups uh mentioned yesterday he's from turkey and his

1:09:04

family had their money confiscated out of the bank of course everybody here in the united

1:09:07

states heard about that yeah but the united states isn't immune to this right no they'll do it um

1:09:11

you know generally in most cases it's okay but you can go on youtube and there's several videos

1:09:16

out there about people getting their life savings confiscated for some stupid reason and then there's

1:09:20

something called civil forfeiture which happens far too often where if you're traveling with cash

1:09:26

in the airport they've got de agents de agents there who will just come up and hey we need to see

1:09:32

your bag because as you walk through the x-rays see it and then they'll they by the way tell them no

1:09:36

go get a warrant yeah there's but you're still that's not going to help uh civil forfeiture

1:09:42

they've got their reason they take your money no matter what and then you get your receipt for them

1:09:46

taking your money and you might get it back uh the one well the the vada actually um put kind of a

1:09:53

kibosh on that i think a year ago really how'd they do that it well it went to trial a guy went to

1:09:58

trial said hey you stole my fucking money you can't do that yeah and the judge agreed so in the vada at

1:10:03

least uh there should be no civil forfeiture yeah that makes sense in the vada now an airport is

1:10:07

different because the airport is federal property so you still got to be careful yeah because it was

1:10:12

in the vada that that marine was driving from i think that was the one yeah i think that was the case

1:10:16

highway patrol stopped him here in nevada and uh i think he had like 80 000 dollars on him he's

1:10:20

going to buy a house yeah and they took it from him right i believe like three years later he got

1:10:24

the money i think that was the exact case where they were the lawyer and the lawyer's gonna cost you

1:10:28

a minimum of 40 grand you know uh unless you've got unless you got somebody like institute for justice

1:10:33

who might do it pro bono but um uh yeah it's just it's absolutely totally unamerican shit it's just

1:10:40

like really weird like bad stuff and crypto can get you away from that there's kind of yeah there's

1:10:47

um there's ways they can seal that too but you know like we talk about on the show how to

1:10:53

avoid that kind of stuff too so yeah yeah privacy the thing other than that uh

1:10:59

just stop by say hello you know send me an email you got any questions or anything like that yeah

1:11:04

um yeah give us your contact info um like any sites you want to plug or uh i got my noster

1:11:10

i got uh that's where i was nosters like an open source twitter kind of thing is pretty cool uh

1:11:16

it's a lot of crypto heavy people on there but it's pretty cool other than that i got the email

1:11:21

crypto is cash yeah so we'll put that all up on the page and um so that comes to this week's

1:11:26

mineral challenge which is go to one of the sites that our guest has recommended okay cool or that

1:11:32

we put under a second email or should have an email and then he'll forward those to us yep and uh you

1:11:37

go into the wheel for next week yeah the email needs to have the uh subject line canary you must

1:11:43

get a lot of emails huh you have to filter them i get a lot of emails all right i think that's it for

1:11:49

this week so see you next week thanks thank you for joining us at the canary and the cage podcast
